routine checks twice a year- spring and fall,
especially with the high heat of our Arizona
summers. Our preventative maintenance agreement (PMA) provides two maintenance calls each year, one heating and
one cooling. The purpose is to inspect and
to advise you of any needed repair, however no
repairs are made without your approval.
